Description
Tourmaline is formed in a range of hues from pink to green to black. A piece of tourmaline that contains all the hues is called “watermelon.” For this necklace, I used beads in the pink to black range, then lightened up the pattern with rose and cherry quartz, and added tiny pink topaz for sparkle. Made with tourmaline, rose quartz, pink topaz, and hematite beads. Finished with a sterling lobster clasp. A piece of chain at the end allows for an adjustable length.
Designed and handmade by Gretchen Wieshuber.
